Junior League of Baltimore Headquarters Space Rental Information

The Junior League of Baltimore is pleased to be able to make our headquarters space available for rent to individuals, groups, non-profit and for-profit organizations. 

We are located at 5902 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212 - next to the Senator Theatre.  We have two meeting spaces available to rent:

Board RoomMax of 18$75 (up to 3 hours) / $100 (3 or more hours)$150 (up to 3 hours) / $200 (3 or more hours)
Multi Purpose RoomMax of 135 w/tables$100 (up to 3 hours) / $150 (3 or more hours)$200 (up to 3 hours) / $300 (3 or more hours)

*If rental is off-hours (M-F, 9-3), there will be a $10/hr off-hrs fee

  • Complete this Rental Inquiry Form which will be sent to our JLB Office Manager
  • The Office Manager will review the inquiry and contact you within 2 business days to discuss your event, confirm availability and help facilitate logistics
  • The member, individual, or group renting our space must have the following to confirm reservation:
  •  Rental Agreement and facilty use fee are required in order to reserve the space and must be submitted to the JLB office no less than 7 days prior to the desired rental date. If the reservation is cancelled less then 7 days prior to the scheduled facilty use then 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.

     Have a “Proof of Liability Certificate” – through your homeowners or business policy; this policy must accompany the Rental Agreement when submitted.

     A walk through is encouraged at the time of payment. During the walk through the Building Use Guidelines will be reviewed.
