Join the Junior League of Baltimore (JLB) as we celebrate our 110th Anniversary and several influential women in the Greater Baltimore Area. From September through May, the Community Impact Council will host a reception and themed panel honoring local women who have overcome barriers, had tremendous success(es), and are committed to service in the Baltimore community.

Whether you’ve had your own emergency or not, sometimes it can be difficult to understand why certain people run towards danger every day. First Responder Appreciation Day is in October and this month’s panel will be comprised of the highest-ranking female first responders in both Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet with these heroes, hear the stories of their success in a typically male dominated profession, and thank them for their service.

To support our commitment to addressing food insecurity and period poverty in the Baltimore area, we will be collecting non-perishable goods and/or menstruation products at each event. Please bring unopened donations or feel free to donate by purchasing items from our Amazon Wishlist.
